These Featuring Terms and Conditions (the „Featuring Terms„) constitute a legally binding agreement between Pellegrini Sports, s.r.o. („we„, „us„, or „our„) and you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity, „you„) in relation to your use of the Featuring service (the „Service„, or „Featuring„) on the MMA Finds mobile application or website (www.mmafinds.com) /collectively, the „Platform„/. These Featuring Terms apply solely to registered users holding a Promotion, Manager, or Fighter account who use the Featuring service to increase the visibility of their fight offers or fighters through the Platform and are subject to and form part of the Platform Terms and Conditions (the „Terms„).
By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Featuring Terms. If you do not agree to these Featuring Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Service.
The Platform allows fight promotions (the „Promotions„) and managers, coaches, and fighters (collectively, the „Fighter representatives„) to increase the visibility of their fight offers and fighters through the Service. Featuring ensures that featured fight offers and fighters appear at the top of relevant listings, improving exposure and increasing the likelihood of securing matchups.
For Promotions, featured fight offers remain at the top of the fight offer newsfeed for as long as they are active. If a Promotion deletes its own fight offer, the Featuring will be terminated without a refund.
For Fighter representatives, featured fighters remain at the top of the specific fight offer where they were submitted for as long as the offer remains active. If a Promotion deletes a fight offer, the fighter’s Featuring will be terminated without a refund.
Both featured fight offers and fighters will appear at the top of their respective sections on the Platform. However, featured listings are not ranked by payment amount. Instead, they are displayed in a randomized order that refreshes periodically to ensure fair visibility for all featured users.
The term „Credits“ means non-cash, non-transferable virtual credits, designated on the Platform as „Credits“. These Credits must be purchased in advance or earned through the Referral Program, and may be used exclusively to activate the Featuring service or other similar promotional tools within the Platform, if available.
The cost of Featuring is 10 Credits for Fighter representatives (per fighter) and 100 Credits for Promotions (per fight offer).
Credits are intended solely for use within the Platform and have no cash value. They cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged for money. Once used to feature a fight offer or fighter, the Credits are considered spent and cannot be reclaimed, even if the offer is removed by the Promotion or the fighter withdraws from participation.
In the event of fraud, misuse, or violation of these Featuring Terms, we reserve the right to revoke any allocated Credits. If a user account is deactivated or suspended, any remaining Credits in the account will be forfeited.
We do not guarantee that a featured fight offer, or fighter will be accepted for a matchup. Featuring only increases visibility.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
If misuse, fraud, or violations of Platform rules are detected, we may remove featured listings, suspend accounts, or revoke access to the service.
These Featuring Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes arising from or related to these Featuring Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the governing law and jurisdiction clauses set out in the main Terms.
