MMA FAN SURVEY GIVEAWAY (100€) – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) Organizer

The giveaway is organized by Pellegrini Sports, s.r.o., operating under the MMA Finds brand, with its registered office in Slovakia (European Union) (the „Organizer“).

2) Giveaway Period

The giveaway starts on 16 July 2026 and ends on 31 August 2026.

The Organizer may extend or shorten the Giveaway Period by updating these Terms & Conditions.

Entries submitted after the Giveaway Period ends will not be included.

3) Eligibility

The giveaway is open to any natural person who:

• is at least 16 years old;

• resides in Europe; and

• completes the survey in accordance with these Terms.

Employees, contractors, business partners of the Organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4) How to Enter

To participate, the participant must, during the Giveaway Period:

• complete the Google Form survey;

• answer the questions honestly and meaningfully;

• provide a valid email address.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.

Incomplete, duplicate, automatically generated or obviously low-quality submissions may be excluded at the Organizer’s sole discretion.

The Organizer reserves the right to determine whether multiple submissions originate from the same person, including based on email address, IP address, timestamps or other reasonable anti-fraud methods.

No purchase is necessary.

5) Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

€100 cash prize, paid by bank transfer.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other prize or compensation.

6) Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries within 5 business days after the Giveaway Period ends.

Before the draw, the Organizer may remove entries that:

• are incomplete;

• contain obviously meaningless, random or intentionally low-quality responses;

• violate these Terms;

• are duplicate submissions.

7) Winner Notification and Prize Claim

The winner will be contacted using the email address provided in the survey.

To claim the prize, the winner must respond within 7 days from the Organizer’s email and provide all information reasonably requested by the Organizer to enable payment of the prize, including:

• full name;

• country of residence;

• bank account details (IBAN/BIC or equivalent), where applicable.

If the winner:

• does not respond within 7 days;

• fails to provide the requested information necessary for payment;

• cannot be contacted;

• refuses the prize; or

• cannot be verified,

the winner forfeits the prize, and the Organizer may randomly select a replacement winner.

8) Prize Payment

The prize will be paid by bank transfer within a reasonable time after successful verification of the winner and receipt of all required payment details.

The Organizer is not responsible for:

• incorrect banking information provided by the winner;

• delays caused by banks or payment providers;

• any fees charged by the winner’s bank.

Any taxes or charges arising under applicable law in connection with receiving the prize are the winner’s sole responsibility.

9) Disqualification

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• does not meet the eligibility requirements;

• submits more than one entry;

• provides false or misleading information;

• uses bots, fake accounts, scripts or any automated methods;

• attempts to manipulate the giveaway;

• submits incomplete, spam, random or clearly non-serious responses intended solely to enter the giveaway.

10) Limitation of Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues affecting the Google Form, internet connectivity, email delivery or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11) Privacy

Personal data collected in connection with the giveaway (such as email address, name and payment details) will be processed solely for the purpose of:

• administering the giveaway;

• contacting the winner;

• verifying eligibility;

• paying the prize.

Personal data will not be used for any other purpose unless required by applicable law.

12) Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this giveaway shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Slovak courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of the participant’s country of residence.

13) Final Provisions

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway if necessary due to legal, technical or other unforeseen circumstances.

Participation in the giveaway constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
