1. Organizer
   The Giveaway is organized by Pellegrini Sports, s.r.o., operating under the brand MMA Finds, with its registered office in Slovakia (European Union) (the „Organizer“).

2. Duration

   Each individual giveaway organized in cooperation with an influencer runs for 10 days from the date the respective giveaway post is published on Instagram, unless stated otherwise in the post caption.

3. Eligibility
   

   The Giveaway is open to any natural person aged 16 or older, residing in Europe, who meets all participation requirements listed below.
   Employees, contractors, and partners of MMA Finds or any of its affiliates are excluded.

4. How to Enter

   To participate, users must:

   1. Download the MMA Finds app and create a free account.
   2. Follow both the influencer’s Instagram account and the official @mma_finds account.
   3. Tag three (3) friends who might be interested in the app in the comments under the giveaway post.

   Only one comment per participant will be considered a valid entry. Any attempts to meet the entry requirements after the winners have been announced — including but not limited to creating an account — do not count and will not be considered a valid entry. The organizer reserves the right to verify the timing and legitimacy of all actions taken by participants.

5. Prizes

   Multiple giveaways are held as part of the MMA Finds Launch campaign, each promoted by a different influencer.

   Each giveaway offers one or more prizes as specified in the influencer’s Instagram post or stories.

   Prizes may differ from country to country and may include, for example, consumer electronics, sports equipment, apparel, nutritional products, or other items.

   All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or any other alternative.

   If a specific prize becomes unavailable, the Organizer reserves the right to replace it with another of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

   The winner(s) of each giveaway will be selected by the Organizer through a random draw from all eligible participants who have met the entry criteria.

   The draw will take place within five (5) days after the end of each influencer’s giveaway period.

   Each winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from the official @mma_finds account.

   If the winner does not reply within seventy-two (72) hours, a replacement winner may be chosen.

7.  Delivery of Prizes

   Prizes will be shipped by the Organizer at its own cost to the address provided by each winner.
   The Organizer is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or missing information provided by the winner.

8. Disqualification

   The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any participant who:

   • does not meet the eligibility requirements,
   • fails to comply with these Terms,
   • uses fake accounts, bots, or automated tools,
   • engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or
   • fails to cooperate with the delivery process, including refusing to provide a valid delivery address, declining to accept the shipment, or refusing to pay any applicable customs or import charges required for prize delivery.

9. Liability

   This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta Platforms Inc.
   Participants acknowledge that they are providing information to the Organizer, not to Instagram.
   
   The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or losses outside its reasonable control.

10. Data Protection

    Personal data collected during the Giveaway (e.g., name, Instagram handle, delivery address) will be processed solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and delivering prizes.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
    Any disputes arising from this Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Slovak courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of the participant’s country of residence.

12. Final Provisions

    The Organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Giveaway in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
    
    Participation in the Giveaway constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
