1) Organizer

The giveaway is organized by Pellegrini Sports, s.r.o., operating under the brand MMA Finds, with its registered office in Slovakia (European Union) (the “Organizer”).

2) Duration

The giveaway starts on 26 February 2026 and runs until ended by the Organizer, but no later than 31 April 2026. The Organizer may extend the giveaway by updating these Terms & Conditions.

Entries submitted outside the Giveaway Period will not be included.

3) Eligibility

The giveaway is open to any natural person who:
a) is 16 years of age or older at the time of entry, and
b) resides in Europe, and
c) successfully completes the entry requirements under Clause 4.

Excluded persons: employees, contractors, and partners of the Organizer (or its affiliates) and their immediate family members.

4) How to Enter (Valid Entry)

To enter the giveaway, a participant must, during the Giveaway Period:
a) complete the survey titled “What kind of MMA fan are you? (2-minute quiz)” (or equivalent name shown in the survey), and
b) submit the survey with a valid email address.

Only one (1) entry per person is allowed.

For giveaway purposes, an “entry” means one successfully submitted survey completion. If a participant submits the survey more than once (including by using multiple email addresses or accounts), only the first valid submission will be considered, and all additional submissions may be disregarded or disqualified.

The Organizer reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether multiple submissions are connected to the same person, including based on email address, user account, device identifiers, IP address, timestamps, or other anti-fraud signals.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

5) Prize

The prize is:

• 1 × 300€ cash prize (the “Prize”), paid by bank transfer to the winner.

The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other items or services.
If payment of the Prize is not possible for objective reasons (e.g., legal restrictions, inability to verify identity), the Organizer may select an alternative winner.

6) Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by the Organizer via a random draw from all eligible entries.

The draw will take place within 5 days after the Giveaway Period ends (unless the Organizer states a different date).

The Organizer may remove duplicate or ineligible entries before conducting the random draw.

7) Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize

The Organizer will notify the winner via the email address provided in the survey submission.

To claim the Prize, the winner must contact the Organizer from the same email address used in the survey submission within 7 days from notification (or from the date the Organizer sends the winner notification).

The Organizer may request verification information needed to pay the Prize and prevent fraud. The winner may be asked to provide:

• full name,
• country of residence, and
• bank account details necessary for payment (e.g., IBAN and BIC/SWIFT), and any other information reasonably required to complete the transfer.

If the winner does not respond within the required time, fails to provide required information, or cannot be verified, the Organizer may select a replacement winner.

8) Delivery (Payment) of the Prize

The Prize will be paid by bank transfer within a reasonable time after successful verification of the winner’s details.

The Organizer is not responsible for:

• incorrect bank details provided by the winner,
• delays caused by banks, payment providers, or compliance checks, or
• any fees charged by the winner’s bank (if applicable).

Any taxes or charges arising for the winner in connection with receiving the Prize are the winner’s responsibility (to the extent required by applicable law).

9) Disqualification

The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any participant who:
a) does not meet the eligibility requirements,
b) fails to comply with these Terms,
c) provides false, incomplete, or misleading information,
d) uses fake accounts, bots, scripts, automation, or similar methods,
e) manipulates the giveaway process,
f) otherwise engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or

1. g) submits more than one entry (attempts multiple submissions) or attempts to circumvent the one-entry-per-person rule.

10) Liability and Disclaimer

The giveaway is provided “as is”.
The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues, outages, delays, or failures affecting the survey platform, email delivery, or submissions, if caused by circumstances beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11) Data Protection

Personal data collected (e.g., email address, name, country, and prize claim details) will be processed solely for:

• administering the giveaway,
• contacting the winner,
• verifying eligibility, and
• paying the Prize.

12) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Slovak courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of the participant’s country of residence.

13) Final Provisions

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the giveaway in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including technical or legal reasons.

Participation in the giveaway constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
