These Referral Program Terms and Conditions (the „Referral Terms„) constitute a legally binding agreement between Pellegrini Sports, s.r.o. („we„, „us„, or „our„) and you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity, „you„) in relation to your participation in the Referral Program (the „Program„) on the MMA Finds mobile application or website (www.mmafinds.com) /collectively, the „Platform„/. These Referral Terms apply solely to registered users holding a Promotion, Manager, or Fighter account who participate in the Referral Program to invite new members through their unique referral link and are subject to and form part of the Platform Terms and Conditions (the „Terms„).
By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Referral Terms. If you do not agree to these Referral Terms, you are expressly prohibited from participating in the Program.
The term „Referral“ refers to any new member who joins the Platform through your unique referral link. The term „Referrer“ refers to a registered user of the Platform who participates in the Program by inviting new members.
The Program allows you to share your unique referral link with your network via email and social media. By participating, you agree to share your link only with personal contacts and not post, distribute, or promote it on platforms where most viewers are not personally known to you (e.g., coupon sites, public forums like Reddit, etc.). Additionally, you are strictly prohibited from sending bulk unsolicited emails (commonly known as „SPAM“) or engaging in any form of mass solicitation.
You also agree to comply with all applicable laws, guidelines, and regulations, including but not limited to regulations regarding electronic messaging, anti-spam laws, and privacy laws.
The Program is available exclusively to registered users of the Platform for a limited time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any moment, either in full or in part. The requirements and incentives may also be adjusted at any time.
The term „Credits“ means non-cash, non-transferable virtual credits, designated on the Platform as „MMA Finds Credits“, which may be earned through the Program and used exclusively to feature fighters or fight offers, or to activate other similar promotional tools within the Platform, if available.
Each of your Referrals will receive a 10% discount to use on their first paid transaction on the Platform, up to a maximum of €100.
The term „Qualifying Purchase“ is defined as a successful transaction completed by the Referral using an external payment method (i.e., not with Credits).
As the Referrer, you will earn Credits based on your Referral’s first Qualifying Purchase according to the following tiers:
In total, you can earn up to 500 Credits. A maximum of 50 Credits can be awarded per Qualifying Purchase.
Credits will be added to the Referrer’s account after a clearance period of up to 14 days following the Referral’s first Qualifying Purchase.
Credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged for money.
In the event of fraud, misuse, or violation of these Referral Terms, we reserve the right to revoke any allocated Credits. If a user account is deactivated or suspended, any remaining Credits in the account will be forfeited.
If your Referral was also referred by another user, you will earn Credits only if the Referral joins the Platform and makes their first Qualifying Purchase through your referral link. If your Referral uses another user’s referral link to join, you will not receive the Credits.
When you complete your first Qualifying Purchase, your Referrer will receive Credits in their balance and will be notified that the credit is due to a Qualifying Purchase from one of their Referrals. We will not share details about your purchase with the Referrer.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUSPEND YOUR ACCOUNT AND REMOVE ANY GRANTED PLATFORM CREDITS SHOULD WE NOTICE ANY ACTIVITY BY THE REFERRER AND/OR REFERRAL THAT IS DETERMINED TO BE CONTRARY TO THESE REFERRAL TERMS. WE RETAIN THE RIGHT TO INVESTIGATE EITHER PARTY’S PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM FOR ANY FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY AND TAKE ANY MEASURES TO END THEIR ACTIVITY ON THE PLATFORM. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO AMEND OR SUSPEND THIS PROGRAM AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.
These Referral Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes arising from or related to these Referral Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the governing law and jurisdiction clauses set out in the main Terms.
