These Service Fee Terms and Conditions (the „Service Fee Terms„) constitute a legally binding agreement between Pellegrini Sports, s.r.o. („we„, „us„, or „our„) and you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity, „you„) in relation to the Service Fee (the „Service Fee„) charged for confirmed fights arranged via the MMA Finds mobile application or website (www.mmafinds.com) /collectively, the „Platform„/. These Service Fee Terms apply solely to registered users holding a Fighter or Manager account who confirm participation in a fight either for themselves as fighters or, in the case of managers, or on behalf of a represented fighter through the Platform and are subject to and form part of the Platform Terms and Conditions (the „Terms„).
By confirming a fight through the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Service Fee Terms. If you do not agree to these Service Fee Terms, you are expressly prohibited from confirming fights through the Platform.
The Platform allows fight promotions (the „Promotions„) to publish open matchmaking requests, marked on the Platform as a Public Fight Offers (each, a „Public Fight Offer„), which are visible to all registered users of the Platform and serve to identify suitable opponents for scheduled or upcoming events.
A Service Fee applies only to a fighter or their authorized representative (including, but not limited to, a coach, agent, or manager) who confirm participation in a fight through a Public Fight Offer on the Platform (the „Paying Party„). The Service Fee is intended to cover administrative, operational, and development-related costs associated with facilitating matchmaking through the Platform.
The Service Fee is calculated as 3.33% of the confirmed purse of the fighter. Regardless of the purse amount, the minimum Service Fee charged per fight is €30, and the maximum is €60. The Service Fee is charged to the Paying Party at the moment of fight confirmation.
Before completing the confirmation process, you are clearly informed of the total applicable Service Fee. By confirming the fight, you agree to these Service Fee Terms and authorize the Platform to process the associated payment through your chosen payment method.
If a confirmed fight is cancelled by the Promotion, the Service Fee will not be refunded in cash. Instead, the Paying Party will receive a one-time voucher that can be applied to their next eligible fight confirmation through the Platform. The voucher will match the original Service Fee amount paid and must be used within 12 months from the date of issuance.
In all other cases of cancellation, including cancellations initiated by the Paying Party, the Service Fee remains non-refundable.
Compensation beyond the above conditions is not available unless required by applicable law or explicitly granted through a promotional program.
All Service Fees are processed in euros (€). Your payment provider may apply currency conversion or additional transaction fees, for which we are not responsible. The Paying Party must ensure that accurate and valid payment details are provided and that sufficient funds are available at the time of fight confirmation. Service Fee cannot be paid using Credits. Only direct payments through approved external payment methods are accepted.
We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or billing, even if the payment has already been requested or processed.
The Service Fee covers the administrative and technical resources required to support matchmaking and platform development. It does not guarantee that a confirmed fight will take place, nor does it ensure any particular outcome, acceptance, or performance by either party to the fight.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service Fee structure or related policies at any time. Any such changes will be made effective by updating these Service Fee Terms.
These Service Fee Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes arising from or related to these Service Fee Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the governing law and jurisdiction clauses set out in the main Platform Terms and Conditions.
